On my walk home this afternoon on Dundas I saw a car that had hit a streetcar while backing out of a drive way. Slight damage. Streetcar was out of service. Five minutes and four blocks later I saw the scenario threatening to repeat itself. A different streetcar driver blasted his horn and still the driver in the car persisted in taking up both lanes, trying to turn onto the road.
